From checkout to your delivery address.
This Shipping Policy explains how orders placed with NOORIKA SALES, operated by NOORIKA SALES AND DISTRIBUTION PRIVATE LIMITED, are processed, dispatched, tracked and delivered, together with the responsibilities of customers and the process followed if a shipment is delayed, damaged, lost or returned.
Orders are processed after successful placement and any required payment or order verification.
Applicable delivery estimates depend on location, product availability and courier serviceability.
Available tracking information can be reviewed through our dedicated Order Tracking facility.
Applicable delivery or shipping charges are shown during the ordering process where relevant.
Scope of this Shipping Policy
This Shipping Policy applies to products purchased directly through the NOORIKA SALES website operated by NOORIKA SALES AND DISTRIBUTION PRIVATE LIMITED.
It explains our normal fulfilment and delivery process and should be read together with our Terms and Conditions, Return Policy, Refund & Cancellation Policy and Privacy Policy.
Delivery terms displayed for a particular order at checkout, in an order confirmation or through the tracking system form part of the relevant transaction and should be read together with this Policy.
Shipping service area
We primarily process orders for delivery to serviceable addresses within India.
Delivery availability depends on courier coverage, customer PIN code, applicable operational restrictions and the availability of a suitable logistics service.
Some locations may not be serviceable even if another nearby PIN code is supported. Serviceability may also change from time to time because courier networks are operated by independent logistics providers.
International shipping is not considered available unless the website expressly allows the relevant international delivery destination during checkout.
Order processing and dispatch
After an order is successfully placed, it may undergo payment confirmation, order verification, stock confirmation, packing and other fulfilment checks before dispatch.
Processing time is separate from courier transit time. Processing may be affected by:
- Product availability.
- Payment or transaction verification.
- Incorrect or incomplete customer information.
- Order-volume fluctuations.
- Public holidays or non-operational days.
- Operational or logistics restrictions.
- Fraud-prevention or security checks.
Where an order cannot be fulfilled within a reasonable period, we may contact the customer or take appropriate action in accordance with applicable law and our Refund & Cancellation Policy.
Estimated delivery timeline
Delivery time varies according to the destination PIN code, courier route, order-processing requirements, product availability and other operational circumstances.
Where a delivery estimate or expected delivery schedule is shown at checkout, in an order confirmation, through tracking information or in another official order communication, that estimate should be used as the relevant delivery reference for that purchase.
Unless we expressly describe a date as guaranteed, an estimated delivery date is an expected delivery target rather than an absolute guarantee. This does not remove any remedy that applicable law provides where goods are delivered later than the stated delivery schedule.
Courier scans and tracking events may occasionally update later than the physical movement of a parcel. A short delay in a tracking scan does not necessarily mean that the shipment has stopped moving.
Shipping and delivery charges
Shipping charges, where applicable, are disclosed during the ordering process before the customer completes the purchase.
Charges may depend on factors such as destination, order value, courier service, shipment weight, promotional terms or other fulfilment requirements.
A promotional free-shipping offer may be subject to minimum order values, selected products, serviceable areas or other clearly disclosed conditions.
We will not add an undisclosed shipping charge after an order has been completed except where the customer expressly agrees to a legitimate change or applicable law permits it.
Customer delivery information
Customers are responsible for supplying complete and accurate delivery information at checkout.
Use the name of the person who can reasonably receive the shipment at the delivery location.
Include house or flat number, street, locality, city, state and correct PIN code.
A courier may use the supplied number when assistance is required to locate or complete delivery.
Customers should carefully check delivery information before submitting an order.
If you identify an address error after ordering, contact us immediately. We cannot guarantee that an address can be changed after processing or dispatch has begun.
Shipment and order tracking
Where tracking information is available, customers may review order status using the dedicated NOORIKA SALES Order Tracking facility.
The order is recorded after successful checkout.
Products are verified and prepared for fulfilment.
Available courier and tracking information may be associated with the order.
The delivery journey is completed when the parcel is successfully delivered.
Tracking events displayed by a courier are generated using the courier's logistics network and may not always update instantaneously.
Delivery attempts and customer availability
Courier partners may attempt delivery according to their operational procedures.
Customers should ensure that someone is reasonably available at the delivery address and that the supplied telephone number can receive legitimate courier communication.
Delivery may fail because of circumstances including:
- Customer or recipient unavailable.
- Incomplete or incorrect address.
- Unreachable telephone number.
- Customer refusing the shipment.
- Courier unable to locate the address.
- Restricted or inaccessible delivery location.
If delivery cannot be completed after the courier's permitted attempts, the parcel may be returned to origin.
Delayed shipments
If tracking has not changed for an unusual period or an order has passed its stated delivery schedule, please contact us with the relevant order number.
We may coordinate with the logistics provider to obtain an updated shipment status, initiate a trace or determine whether another remedy is appropriate.
Where applicable Indian consumer law requires a refund, take-back or other remedy because delivery occurred later than the stated delivery schedule, that statutory requirement will apply subject to the exceptions recognised by law.
Customers should not be required to accept an indefinite delay merely because a parcel has been dispatched. Genuine prolonged delays will be reviewed according to the stated delivery schedule, circumstances of the shipment and applicable law.
Damaged, opened or tampered parcel
Customers should reasonably inspect the external parcel condition at delivery where possible.
If the outer shipment appears severely damaged, opened or visibly tampered with, please document the parcel condition and contact us promptly.
Helpful evidence may include
- Photographs of the outer courier packaging.
- Photograph of the shipping label.
- Photographs of the received product.
- A short unboxing video where available.
- Order number and description of the issue.
Evidence requests are intended to assist verification and will not be used to unlawfully deny a valid statutory remedy merely because one particular form of evidence is unavailable.
Product damage or an incorrect item should also be handled in accordance with our Return Policy.
Return to origin, refusal and non-delivery
A parcel may be marked Return to Origin ("RTO") where a courier is unable to complete delivery and returns the shipment to us.
| Situation | Possible Action | Important Note |
|---|---|---|
| Incorrect or incomplete address | Shipment may be returned to origin | Customer should contact support regarding available reshipment or refund options. |
| Customer unavailable | Courier may make further permitted attempts or return the parcel | Courier attempt procedures may vary. |
| Customer refuses delivery without an accepted cancellation | Parcel may return to origin | Any refund will be reviewed under the applicable cancellation terms and consumer rights. |
| Courier service failure | Support may investigate or arrange an appropriate remedy | Customer should not bear a cost caused solely by our verified fulfilment or courier error where the law requires otherwise. |
Lost shipment or delivery dispute
If a courier confirms that a shipment has been lost before delivery, we will review the order and provide the appropriate remedy, which may include replacement where available or an eligible refund.
If tracking states "Delivered" but the customer reports that the parcel was not received, please contact us promptly.
We may review courier proof of delivery, delivery scans, recipient details and other relevant information before resolving the claim.
Any investigation will be conducted reasonably and will not remove a consumer remedy that is mandatory under applicable law.
Partial and multiple shipments
An order containing multiple products may occasionally be fulfilled in more than one shipment.
Where this occurs, products may arrive on different dates and may carry separate courier tracking information.
A partial delivery does not automatically mean that the remaining products have been cancelled. Customers should review their order and tracking information for the status of each shipment.
Cancellation before dispatch
Customers wishing to cancel an order should submit the request as soon as possible.
Cancellation may be possible before the order reaches a stage at which fulfilment or shipment can no longer reasonably be stopped.
Once dispatched, an order may need to follow the applicable delivery, return or refund process instead of a pre-dispatch cancellation process.
Full cancellation terms are provided in our Refund & Cancellation Policy.
Events beyond reasonable control
Delivery schedules may be affected by exceptional circumstances genuinely outside our reasonable control.
Such circumstances may include severe weather, flooding, natural disaster, epidemic or public-health restrictions, transport shutdown, public disturbance, strike, government restrictions, widespread telecommunications failure or comparable force-majeure events.
Where a delay results from such circumstances, we will take reasonable steps to communicate available information and resume or complete fulfilment when reasonably possible.
Any force-majeure treatment will be applied only where the facts genuinely support it and in accordance with applicable law. It is not intended as a blanket exclusion for ordinary operational delays.
Consumer rights and Indian e-commerce law
This Policy is intended to operate consistently with applicable Indian law, including the Consumer Protection Act, 2019 and Consumer Protection (E-Commerce) Rules, 2020, as amended from time to time.
Applicable e-commerce rules require relevant information concerning delivery and shipment to be made available to consumers and contain specific consumer protections relating to late delivery in applicable circumstances.
Nothing in this Shipping Policy is intended to exclude a mandatory right to refund, replacement, return, compensation or other remedy available to an eligible consumer.
If any part of this Policy conflicts with a mandatory consumer-protection requirement applicable to a particular transaction, the mandatory legal requirement will prevail to the extent of that conflict.
Shipping complaints and grievance redressal
For a delayed, lost, damaged, incorrectly delivered or otherwise disputed shipment, please contact our customer support team with the relevant order number.
Where normal customer-support communication does not resolve the concern, the matter may be escalated to our Grievance Officer.

Changes to this Shipping Policy
We may update this Shipping Policy to reflect changes in courier arrangements, fulfilment operations, serviceability, website functionality or applicable law.
Updated terms may be published on this page with a revised effective date.
A later policy update will not retrospectively remove a mandatory right already applicable to an earlier customer transaction.
A dispatched parcel is not the end of our responsibility.
Where a genuine delivery problem arises, customers can contact us for investigation and the appropriate remedy. Courier involvement does not remove consumer protections that applicable law places on an e-commerce business.
A significant delay beyond a stated delivery schedule is reviewed according to the order, circumstances and applicable law.
Confirmed lost shipments are reviewed for an appropriate replacement or refund remedy.
Genuine transit damage can be raised through customer support and our Return Policy process.
No shipping condition is intended to remove rights that cannot legally be excluded.
